Join us for our last The Gertrude S. Williams Speaker Series "Real Talk on Public Education in Baltimore City" of 2018. Our speakers for this event are Mary Washington, Ph.D., Senator-Elect of the Maryland 43rd District, Alvin Thornton, Ph.D., Chair Emeritus, Howard University Political Science Department & Chair of Commission on Education Finance, Equity, and Excellence, Matthew Hornbeck, Principal of Hamstead Hill Academy, and Bebe Verdery, Director of ACLU of Maryland's Education Reform Project



The event is free admission, but donations are encouraged! Doors open at 6:30 and the event will take place from 7:00-8:30 on Wednesday, December 5th, 2018.
